My Mommy

One day I was alone

All by my own

Tears fell from my eyes

And my feelings said goodbyes

All my friends left except

One person who always kept

Suffering from me

With her I grow and be

I love her all my life

Like a husband to his wife

She kept her life to me

So I could always be

Just for her

Even if I traveled everywhere

From east to west, I won’t find

From north to south, a person so kind

To care just for me

And stay around me to be

All around

While I travel this world round

As I traveled all around

I never found

That shows how much I love you

And that is absolutely true

I always love you

And I know it’s from you too

That’s my mother

And won’t go much further
